Wayne Cichowicz, DN, DAAPM
Dr. Wayne Cichowicz, Naprapathic Physician, is a Connective Tissue Specialist who practices Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Clinical Nutrition. The doctor offers a unique approach in treating by using cutting edge technology like FDA approved Therapeutic Laser devices. Dr. Cichowicz has received extensive training and is certified through the North American Association for Laser. |
Dr. Cichowicz is a 1979 graduate (Class Valedictorian) of the National College of Naprapathic Medicine and is a Board Certified Naprapath (Neuromyologist) licensed to practice in the State of Illinois. He is also a Licensed Dietitian who is Board Certified as a Clinical Nutritional Specialist (C.N.S.) through the American College of Nutrition.
Dr. Cichowicz was recently awarded the title of "Dean Emeritus" and "Professor of Naprapathic Medicine" where he had been the Academic Dean and member of the faculty of the National College of Naprapathic Medicine since 1983. He also served as the President of the National College of Naprapathic Medicine Alumni Association for many years. In 1982 he received the Philanthropist Award from the American Holistic Health Sciences Association, and in 1983 he received their Research Award for his research on headaches. In 1998, Dr. Cichowicz was named and recorded to Who’s Who in America and in 1999 he was named and recorded to Who’s Who in the World. He was also named one of the most Outstanding Young Men of America.
Dr. Cichowicz has been involved in many professional associations. He is a Fellow of the American Back Society (F.A.B.S.) and is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management (D.A.A.P.M.) He is also a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, American Society of Laser, and the North American Naprapathic Association. Dr. Cichowicz currently serves as President of The American College of Physical Medicine.
Dr. Cichowicz has treated many notable Radio and Television Personalities, Entertainers and Professional Athletes over his many years of practice. He currently is the host of the radio talk show “That Healthy Talk Show” which is heard in Chicago and broadcast on the World Wide Web from radio station WJJG 1530 AM.

Daniel L. Richardson, PhD, DAANC, DN (hon), CNC
Daniel L. Richardson received his Bachelors, Masters and PhD from Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine in Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy. He is a prominent expert in nutrition and botanical medicine having given several seminars around the world to all areas of the health care professions. He is a Diplomate in the American Association of Nutrition Consultants, and is a Certified Nutrition Consultant. |
He is professor and chair of the department of Nutrition and Biochemical Therapeutics and the department of Undergraduate Studies at the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard Illinois as well as professor of nutrition and dean of students at the National College of Naprapathic Medicine. Doctor Richardson has had advanced training in Phytochemicals and Botanical Medicine and in Sports Medicine Nutrition. He was awarded an honorary Doctor of Naprapathy for his work for the Naprapathic profession
Dr. Richardson is on the Post Doctorate Faculty at National University of Health Sciences, Logan College of Chiropractic and the Continuing Education University. His list of post graduate topics include all areas of nutrition, pharmacology, pharmacognosy, drug interactions, drug-induced nutrient depletions, nutrition for Sports Physician Certification Program and nutrition for the Diplomate in Sports Medicine for chiropractic physicians. He has spoken on these and other topics both in this country and in Europe. He has made several appearances on radio and television as an expert on topics in nutrition, botanical medicine, Pharmacognosy and Pharmacology. He has received many awards for excellence in his presentations from his students and his peers. His other area of interest is as a Medical Director for the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps from Rockford Illinois, where he also was a member as a college student. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Phantom Regiment as well as an associate Board Member of several Hospitals and Universities. Dr Richardson is also on the faculty of Florida State University as a guest lecturer and adjunct professor. He is a member of the Federation of the Society Experimental Biologists, the American Botanical Counsel, the American association of Nutrition Consultants and the DARE Program for the city of Chicago. He is a Member of the American Chiropractic Association and a member of the Alumni association of the National College of Naprapathic Medicine, where he serves as Vice President.
He is the author of several research papers on Nutrition and Pharmacology and is a contributing author of several textbooks. His is also a nutrition Consultant for several clinical practices in the Northern Illinois area.
He has been honored by Who’s Who Among American Teachers, Strathmore’s Who’s Who and Empire's Who’s Who for excellence in a leadership role. |

Amjad Zureikat, M.D., Internal Medicine
Dr. Zureikat received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Royal University of Baghdad in Iraq in 1969, and completed his residency at Lunmila Hospital in Amman, Jordan. Following his residency, he joined a research program in Neuroanatomy and Neurophysiology at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. |
His first professional position was first as clinic physician and later as Director of the Industrial Clinics of the Arabian American Oil Company in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Zureikat was responsible for the oversight of healthcare needs for all Aramco employees and dependents.Upon coming to the U.S.A. in the late 1970’s, Dr. Zureikat completed an internship at Christ Community Hospital in Oak Lawn, IL and a residency in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph’s hospital in Chicago.
Between 1982 and 1992, Dr. Zureikat owned and operated several clinics as part of Medwest Consultants, Inc.From 1992 to the present, Dr. Zureikat has served as the President and Chairman of the Greater Chicago Medical Association, Inc., where he oversees and coordinates care for 7,000 HMO members and 226 physicians.
At the Advanced Center for Health and Pain Management, Dr. Zureikat provides general medical services and oversees all allied health professionals and care.
